We'll be high and dry today across the state. As the week progresses though, you can expect our usual afternoon scattered showers and thunderstorms. The odds increase with each passing day, beginning tomorrow. Weekend will be similar. As the upper ridge weakens next week, we'll be faced with greater chances of storms as well as a cooling trends as highs should only make it to the mid to upper 80s.
