UAMS is currently monitoring a system to our West-Southwest. Some of these storms may be severe and produce large amounts of lightning and heavy rain. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you can be struck by lightning. Only go out in the storms if you have to. Visibility may drop without warning. Storms may last throughout the night.
